This year on line registration is mandatory. Direct access to the registration page is available by clicking on the link http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/ .

A parent must register for each player.

Please register As Soon As Possible.

All coaches and players must register on line by October 1.

Please save your registration confirmation page so you can email it to your team manager.

Steps to registration:

1) Choose Ice Players & Coaches tab

2) Check that you are currently 18 years or older

3) Choose 2008-09 season

4) Select who you are registering

5) Complete the personal information for your child and yourself (the first email address you list is where you confirmation email will be sent if you choose).

6) The state your team is based in is IL

7) Verify your data

8) Pay your $43 registration fee. You will have to provide a credit card, debit card, or VISA gift card for payment.

9) Registration Confirmation page: please click to open and print your registration for your records. I would also suggest saving your registration confirmation so you can email it to your team manager.
